About Jeff Szamborski, CISSP
With 24 years of experience in cybersecurity, Jeff Szamborski brings a depth of perspective that goes well beyond frameworks and checklists. His work spans some of the most highly regulated industries in the country, including financial services, healthcare, legal, and manufacturing, giving him a firsthand understanding of the compliance pressures and operational realities that organizations in those sectors face every day.
Jeff has spent nearly a decade focused on governance, risk, and compliance, working with organizations at every stage of their GRC journey. His experience includes leading a secure AI implementation designed to govern internal data integrity and confidentiality, a project that informs his approach to AI governance advisory today.
At Arcoven Advisory, we believe security should enable the business, not obstruct it. Having worked extensively with smaller and mid-sized organizations, Jeff understands the tension between security requirements and operational demands, and knows how to build programs that are rigorous without being burdensome.
